What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect only what the form asks for — your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us. We also record the date, your IP address and your browser, which help us spot spam.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send you the donation or volunteering details you asked for, and to keep a record of contributions for our own accounts and for 80G receipts.

Who sees it

Only Sangh Bharati Foundation staff and volunteers who need it in order to reply. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for [add period, e.g. three years]. Donation records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices
